Lavender Bath Salts
1 (64oz) carton of Epsom salt
Lavender essential oil
A handful of dried lavender flowers
A large glass/ceramic canister or jar with lid
Directions
Pour epsom salts into a large bowl for mixing
Sprinkle some drops of lavender essential oil. Mix with a large spoon. Adding more drops and stirring until it is scented they way you like it.
Add lavender flowers Fill your container with the mixture.
For a soothing relaxing bath, add 2 to 3 cups of the mixture to a warm bath. Enjoy.
